Lindsay Lohan declared that she has been sober for at least one evening. That’s what I gather from the court declaration dated Dec 15, in which the actress claims she was not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or prescription medication at the time of her October 4 2005 collision with busboy Raymundo Ortega.

Last Wednesday Barron Hilton (Paris and Nicky Hilton’s grandfather) announced plans to donate 97% of his $2.3 billion fortune to charity. Which would leave only 3% to potentially go to Kathy, Nicky and Paris. Harsh!
